Akın Toz Boya runs the entire process under one roof — from surface preparation to oven curing. At our facility in Ümraniye, we electrostatically coat and cure a wide range of parts, from profiles and joinery to furniture legs, railings and garden furniture.
Our goal is to give every part an industry-standard smooth surface and colour that lasts for years. With two differently sized ovens, we deliver both small batches and large profiles on time.

Preparation, coating and curing happen in sequence without waiting time between stages.
REPEATABLE COLOUR
Every batch is recorded with its RAL code, gloss and film thickness, so a repeat order matches.
PART-FIRST PLANNING
Hanging, masking and oven layout are planned per geometry before the batch enters the line.
CHECKED BEFORE SHIPPING
Thickness, adhesion and surface are inspected on the batch before packing.
